Global visa service is shocking to say the least, i have been ignored and hung up on countless time, i do not think this company has any idea what they are doing. they are a bunch of artists, after making several phone calls and e-mails i was ignored, the 72hr turnaround time ends up being 2-3weeks later, i have had one consultation with them and now they refuse to give me my money back this is absolutely ridiculous.
last i heard from them they said i can not go to Canada and must now chose another country to go to.
should they reply to this complaint i would appreciate non of the

because this is a downright lie!!! i want my money back over R25000 is no little amount. should they decide to reply by this generic insult i will post all the e-mail correspondence i have had with them including dates and names, to show how useless they truly are.
