Inability to assist be with information

I have been under debt counselling since June 2008. I have been paying the amounts due on the specified date, without any problem. I am now in a position to settle the total outstanding amount. It is however, impossible to get any information from either Bennie or Albert at ADCOL. I have been trying for the past 8 weeks to "wake them up". At one stage Bennie said they were still waiting for FNB and Direct Axis and that he would come back to me. Failing that, I phoned Albert on Friday 17 May, who promised to phone me back. Eventually I phoned him this morning and he admitted that he forgot to follow it up, but will come back to me. I am still waiting.

It is at this stage it seems easier to get into debt than to get out of it.
