General bad service

I just went to Norwood to update my husbands license disk. I went there last month for my own, only this time I was very disappointed in the service. The branch manager rudely first tells me, I CANNOT do my license disk there. After that, I wanted an explanation, so waiting my turn till he finishes, I then walk towards him, he completely ignores me and says no license disks to all the other customers, and finally when I am actually at his window, he screams almost to go to teller number 3.

I know that we should not judge people as we do not know what they are going through, but when you are dealing with the public, you never know who's day you can cheer up with your smile. But the lady behind the teller was NOT friendly at all. Then she told me the total payable, and I unfortunately drew R50 too little, and the price had changed within one month. She seemed so annoyed to have done all the work and it ended like that?

Please put more posters and signs up, that says drivers licenses ONLY at teller 3 (for example) and also that they only take cash. And please tell staff to be more friendly.
