Electricity failed after 23:00 last night at Spaarwater in Heidelberg and every 2 hours when I phone to get feedback on the problem I get the same response of they working on it and they are busy finishing the fault and its almost 12 hours without power and some people in the same street have babies that needs to get there bottle and their moms cant make the bottle warm because of no power.
