Huggies together with tygerberg radio advertised a pram jam to take place at promenade mitchells plain on the 01/05, my sister and I was up 5am got our kids ready, and went to the evnt 4what was suppose 2b a fun filled day. We stood in a queue frm 7am only to be turned away at about past 9 because the huggies events team did not do their homework there were thousands of people there and they only accomodated for 300 bt failed to advertise this in any advertisements prior to the walk. They also promosed gift bags to all entrants and only those 300 received, they left the rest of us standing around like loafers waiting for a gift bag only to receive a notebook, they promised food bt only fed those first 300 entrants it was PATHETIC to say the least. I feel the events organiser should have done his/her homework and advertised correctly. I am SO DISGUSTED, I will NEVER EVER buy a huggies product EVER again. The 1lady was so rude at the gate she refused to give me her name and then she says" we doing you vultures a favour" is this the way to talk to customers that you want must support you. I couldn't believe it.
