Another one of the infamous sms "A trace alert will be placed on you...".
When I eventually got through it turns out that someone with the same birth date and maiden name as my wife owes Health and Racquet supposedly money.
When I asked if they can give me the id no for the person so I can check they said they did not have an id for the person and asked for my wife's. I refused to give it to them.
I then asked how they got my no and was told they have a "system" for that.
Is what they are doing even legal?
