These people are ridiculous

I had defaulted on my mtn account a few years ago and the account was handed over to these unprofessional bunch. In November 2011 I contacted them and paid the account in full. On paying the account I requested that this be removed from the credit bureaus to which they agreed because it wasn't a judgement. After paying the account and sending them the proof they stopped replying to my emails. I think you people are disgusting please just keep up your end of the deal and remove this from my credit profile. I've given you over a year now just do it please!!!
