Unable to get banking details

Good morning,

My boyfriend wants to make an urgent payment for arrear TV licence, he phoned last week thursday and was told your banking details will be smsed to him, he hasnt received anything yet.

Today I emailed twice, and phoned your callcentre 4 times, 3 times requesting to speak to an operator, and nothing happens, the last time optioned to have the banking details smsed to my phone, and after pressing # nothing happens.

We would really like to pay you guys ASAP but how can we? Please dont say phone or email us as this is not helping, I really cannot get through and have received nothing back via email. Please help?
