Besides the fact that my Purchaser experienced such a laboured and delayed transfer process with little or NO communication throughout the process... who still pays agent's commission on property transactions with a cheque???
Poor service, no communication, terrible attitude and I wouldn't want any of my clients (Sellers and Buyers) to ever experience this "out of control" feeling with the single most biggest transaction of their lifetime, buying or selling their home.
