My name is Mzwanele Nkohla from East London in the Eastern Cape and I have been with lipco for quite some time now.
After a telephonic conversation with Yonela Tilana (my appointed lawyer from law for all) On the 13th of June 2019 I sent him an email with all the information I had with regard to the matter of I, challenging Jet stores, for my account being in arreas because of their doing (the sales person telling me I can't pay my account because there's an error on my account, the next day I was told no I still can't pay because my account is an old Sales House account and it needs to be converted to the new Jet account.
The excuses varied every time I went back to pay until they told me I now have two accounts and I did not understand how that happened.
I sent all of this information to LIPCO AND UP UNTIL TODATE NO ONE DID ANYTHING ABOUT THIS.
