I bought a car from Kia motors on the 11 july 2012 and during the first week of purchase, i exprienced an endless problems which i tried many ways to solve the issue with Kia but Kia refused because the car needed lots of money to fix it. I then consulted Lipco in August last year as i been paying then for 4-5 year. My case was moved from one person to onother and after i complain it was then moved to head office, then i was told that the team will look at it to see if i will get a legal representative. this year march i got a letter informing me that Lipco can not give me a lawyer, but they can only give me one if i cover the cost. Now the car is gone i didn't get my R15000.00 deposit back and i had to pay the money to the bank to settle the account.
