During Aug 2013 I took out a new cell phone contract from MTN. Soon afterwards I start receiving sms messages from this company regarding a debt to FNB handed over to them for collection. I informed this company that the debt is not applicable on me and even requested their staff to have a supervisor to call me to show proof that I am not the person they are looking for but the unwanted sms messages still arrives. How difficult it can be for their staff remove my phone number from their mailing list? All that I want is for them to remove my phone number from their mailing and contact list.
