I have paid my account in full, I was called everything single day by MDB call centre. my phone inbox was full of them. Now, I have asked them to send me a paid up letter or confirmation that my account has been paid, NOTHING from them. I have e-mailed and they responded after two weeks sending me a document I cant open. They send a website link which cannot open. Don't try technology if you not certain it will work. All I want, is a statement
