I have unfortunately had to resort to reducing my payment to Truworths because of unforseen illness. I contacted Truworths and explained the situation to them. Irrespective, they handed me over to these really unprofessional lot who call themselves all sorts of nice things on their website.
They call and SMS me EVERY day, with a message that they did not receive their payment for the previous month although I PAY THEM EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!! I now have reverted to a complaint to the Debt Collectors Council to investigate these people. I am completely at my wits end from the harrassment and I dont know what is happening to my payments as they ignore all attempts from me to get a statement out of them. Are they putting our money in their back pockets??? It seems they also take advantage of the poor people that hit hard times and treat them with such indignity it is sickening. We are not criminals, just having a hard time financially although they treat us like murderers.
