I want to compliment and thank Angela from Intertel's Durban branch for her excellent service and valued assistance. Without going into too much details, I had a problem and needed some help, and I was referred to Intertel by Cheeters. This was at /-4. I chatted with Angela briefly and she needed some info from me to help me so I said I would come come back later and I asked what time do they close. Angela said at 5pm, so I hurried to get the details she needed and came back just before 5. She put me at ease and when I apologized about the time she said (and I felt her honesty that she really meant it) that she will stay as long as it takes to sort my problem out. Well she did both, she sorted my problem out, and she stayed at work until after 7pm. I have a takeaway nearby and I offered to bring something to eat and she thanked me and apologized if she would offend me by asking if I could give the food to a homeless guy that sleeps by their office. I've decided to send a meal to him everyday because I learned from my delivery guy that Angela has been making him food every day since she first started at that office. I salute you Angela and thank you for being who you are.
