I would like to lay a complaint against Retha, one of the consultants, she called me today with regards to my outstanding account.
The manner in which she spoke to me was totally unprofessional, rude, very loud and unacceptable. She needs to go on some customer service training and also to learn people skills. Just because my account is in arrears it does not give her the right to speak to me or anyone else the way she did.
