I was told by the property agents Propertycoza that I should use Stephan Kruger at SW Kruger & associates, despite wanting to use my own attorney. Stephan is completely incompetent. My transfer had to be lodged twice because of delays & issues caused by him. He had a personal relationship with the purchaser, gave them incorrect legal advice, acted on behalf of them (despite me paying for his services), and then deducted amounts off the proceeds of my sale & refunded the purchasers for expenses that were for the purchaser. I had no apology for the delay, I was not even notified until I sent numerous emails asking for an update. I would not recommend that anyone use them.
