As I have explained on the phone to these clowns, more than once, I do not have to pay for a TV license.
The reason being is that I do not own a TV in South Africa. In fact, I do not own any radio receiving equipment in South Africa. In fact, I do not own ANYTHING in South Africa, because I am studying overseas for several years.
Every time I speak to someone on the phone, they say they will sort it out. But the bullying and "scare tactics" begin afresh the next day.
