SJS Credit Services are threatening legal action against me on behaalf of their cleint Master Retailing for services they never delivered to me. In October 2012 I signed a contract with Master Retailing for a training course but after 3 months I had not received any study material so I phoned them for a cancelllation in January 2013 and they said I'm liable for a cancellation fee which I didn't have a problem with, but now to my suprise SJS Credit Service phoned me threatening legal action for the full amount of the course of which I haven't received any modules for the course, I have not received any documents from them, why am I liable for the full amount?
