I must say I was not surprised to see that if you Google MBDLC, the first page fills up with negative Hello Peter reports. Since the beginning of the year I have been harassed by them as well, for an account that is in arrears. Trouble is, I'm not S NAIDOO... After months of trying to sort this out with RCS to whom I supposedly owe money, an email was sent by Raymond Klaassen to instruct everyone working on this case that it should be deleted due to.
O, did I mention that this was only after I was treated like a criminal on the telephone by the pompous guy from MBDLC that phoned me after hours?
Well, MBDLC must have missed me, because guess who I got a sms from on Saturday morning? MBDLC...
When I phoned them now to check whether this was not just a mistake, a friendly lady, Lucia informed me that 'yes, Ms Naidoo, you are on our system'.
Thank you RCS and MBDLC for contributing to the fact that SA has the WORST service in the world.
