I'm still waiting for more than 2 weeks for a refund from this law firm, all of the Call Centre Agents ducks and dive when been contacted for the progress report, they will either to you or worst still, promise to call back to no avail. Its a pity to have noted that some law firm think they are above board and quite untouchable. They render bad services and been left without any penalty instituted against them. I will engage my lawyers to severely deal with them.
