It has now been 21 days and still I have not yet received my refund I followed the returns policy and took the slushie maker back to Sandton as requested and now I have to beg to get my money back.
I will close my account with you guys and remove you from my mailing list and will never advise anyone to buy via you.
I WANT MY REFUND I NEED THAT MONEY TO BUY ANOTHER MACHINE.
