On18 /1/13 their tech's did a site inspection. They said it would be fine if I cut back a tree which I completed on 23/1/13. On 24/1/13 they sent me the appl. doc's & said they will come do a signal test. On 25/1/13 I sent the completed doc's & paid R999.00 upfront as per their doc's. On 29/1/13 the signal test was done. Although the signal was ok the trough put was to low making the installation not viable. I emailed Darrel Goodall (the sales consultant) and asked to be refunded as the installation won't happen. He sent through a ticket to action the refund. I phoned on 13/2/13 and left a message for Lodina Farrel their FD & sent another email to Darrel. There was no response. I phoned and left a message for Mariette in accounts, again no response. I phoned on 25/2/13 and spoke to Michelle the receptionist in accounts. No one is ever available to take the call. I spoke to Darrel which said he will escalate it. They never phone back as promised. I phoned Michelle later that day and was told they will recon month end do a refund. Its now 32 days later & they still have my money yet I had to pay unfront. If this is how they treat a potential customer I am very happy I am not one.
