This is the second time I am writing on this forum.
The service is now so bad that I have to threaten Amobia to respond to communications. After I was told that I should phone them directly, they switch their mobile phones off.
I must say Amobia has taken BAD service to the next level. Maybe it is a compliment to them.
If I knew that this would happen, I would have never moved from my previous ISP to Amobia. I moved to Amobia based on their promises to get better upload speeds for work. It seems these people just catch you and then they do not deliver.
Is there anybody in Amobia that is willing to talk to me directly with a solution?
My money is good enough and goes off every month like clockwork that is where it stops. Think about it. You take my money and you do not give me what I signed up for. Who is breaking contract?
Please do NOT consider to even phone Amobia. Their sales is not telling the truth, their tech support is even worse.
I gave them over a month to fix THEIR problem. Let me speak to the elusive MD that I hear about. I even had from that side of the business.
