I was delighted to speak with Clyde this morning to rectify a silly error I had made when organizing my gift. Clyde was well-spoken, helpful, and extremely efficient. Since I was calling from the US, he made the extra effort to try to get hold of the driver immediately. When he couldn't, he promised to deliver the message and email me. Within 10 minutes I had received an email confirming the change. I am so impressed with the whole company in general and this wonderful interaction with Clyde has definitely confirmed my sentiments.
