I've applied for the 5Mbps Uncapped internet solution in the first week of November 2013 and was told to wait 2 weeks as they are doing some maintenance but should pay an upfront fee for the month of November I guess and so I did.
It is now the first week of December and still no internet and after calling Amobia almost everyday a few times a day they are unable to give me an ETA as to when I will be up and running with my internet.
Every time I call they tell me that they will call me back in 15 or 30 minutes and never actually call me back and it has been a big expense to call them a few times a day every day in an attempt to get information as to what is actually going on.
This is level of service is extremely bad and unacceptable.
PS. The people I spoke to on the phones were very kind and helpful to an extent.
