I subscribe to an IOS app called Weathersa which is available for download on the istore. As part of my subscription I am provided with access to the National weather radar view for South African weather, and I get alerts for unusual weather, approaching storms etc. For the past 2 months the weather radar providing information for the KwaZulu Natal province has been blank on this App and we have had no early warnings for approaching storms as a result, despite having severe storms over the past 2 months.
In the App there is a facility to contact the developer if there is a problem. For these last 2 months I have contacted them about 4 times about the fact that there is no radar data and that they need to sort it out. I have had not a single response and nothing has been done to sort it out. This means that my subscription is for nothing and the agreement that weathersa would provide this service for my subscription is in breach. I have even tried to contact the above email address personally and have still had no response.
