I am shocked to see all the negative reports on HP regarding GridHost. I have been with them for a year now and JUST renewed my subscription 2 days ago for another year.
I have NEVER struggled with them... at all. I forgot about the domain renewal process completely and had it not been for Gridhost sending me a reminder to that extent, I would have had to go through SO much more hassle once it lapsed.
I have had some months where I couldn't make payment on my subscription on the agreed date and EVERYTIME I made contact and explained I had no attitude, no aggression... nothing negative and my website was not suspended one single time.
I am a VERY... neigh... an EXTREMELY satisfied customer.
Thank you Gridhost for your support and for making my life so much easier with all the top-end tools you have and the pleasant customer service.
