It is really disappointing to have noted the sloppy delivery. I noted the following with shock:
1. The "green foam" which the flowers are "arranged" in seemed to have been used previously. It is flimsy, full of holes and cannot even hold up the flowers
2. The "arrangement" looks like someone dumped the flowers into the nearest box they could find
3. The box is put together sloppy with large pieces of cello tape visible around the bottom edges of the box
4. The ribbon around the box is applied sloppy
5. In comparison to the photo supplied this arrangement is shameful and I am ashamed to have sent some one such a horrible bouquet as a thank you gift!
6. The box does not even have "handles" as per the product description "handbag box"
I did not see the previous bouquet that I sent out, but judging by the looks of this I am truly sorry that I did not rather buy a bunch of flowers at Pick n Pay for a fraction of what you charge.
This is unacceptable and you should not pride yourselves with the calibre of flowers you send out! Your website photos are misleading and an untrue representation of what one pays fo
