My son had to have his appendix removed and in the operation there was furtherfound to be wrong. Dr Jacobs went out of her way to explain and even took pics in the operation to show me. She was really reassuring and then shared everything with my son again. She is really a brilliant surgeon and so caring. She shows passion for her profession. Over and above this the staff at the hospital are so professional and caring, giving brilliant service... from the reception to security, but especially the ward staff. A special word of thanks for Sister Kumalo too.
