I have been trying to get Medihelp to process my claims but it has been a nightmare. Every statement I receive does not reflect discussions with the call centre and I am tired of calling them every week to find out why this is so. I am not sure if there is a breakdown in communication between call centre and admin. There are 2 claims that wasn't processed correctly despite me speaking to the call centre twice on the issue. I am not sure what it will take to get them to do this right once and for all. PLEASE HELP...
