I booked a night for two for my fiance's birthday this past weekend at La Montagne Guest Lodge in a luxury tented camp. I asked for the best positioned tent being a special occassiona nd all. We got the one closest to (the car park, which looked out on to a concrete slab (busy building) and if you looked down from the deck there were various items of rubbish on the ground below. we asked to move to a better tent and when we went down to the pool for a swim we were met with a really bad attitude from the lady I presume to be the owner. Then there was a mix up with the dinner which hadnt been catered for and we were told to get take-aways. we left soon after a very unremarkable breakfast on the Sunday. The place was very oretty and the view stunning but the extremely rude attitude will ensure we never recommend, nor return to la Montagne.
