I have contacted Sodeequa & Melissa earlier this week and has received no response what so ever. We still have a very low pressure / No warm water and sometimes Just hot water and NO cold water problem. Would you come and stay in OUR apartment and then we can stay in your home, until this is sorted out??

As you know, we are having a water problem for the past week now. We only received the one email to say what might be the problem AFTER it all happened. If this was a routine service or algae issue like the City counsel says, we should have been notified in advance.
We had to go to the gym to get a shower and wash washing at a laundy. Its really very uncomfortable and not even knowing what the issue really is or when it will be resolved is very frustrating and unprofessional. I understand that it is not you, that turned off the water - haha, but really... we can not go on like this. Upper east side is supposed to be an up market apartment block and we don't have water for a WEEK!!??
What is happening and when will this be sorted out?
