Humiliating treatment in Labour Ward

I gave birth to my baby at CTMediclinic on 03/01/13 at 08h43. The labour and delivery was perfect and staff were wonderful up to the point where my baby was delivered. After delivery though, all nursing staff vanished. They told me they have to "finish their notes" first and then someone will attend to me to clean me and take me to my ward. This however did not happen for almost 3 HOURS after delivery. I had an epidural in my back, so I couldn't move my legs and I had a catheter in, I was hungry and thirsty and getting a fever from the anesthetic. The 'Call' button was out of reach, all the staff ignored me & told me they have to "finish their notes". They left me there sitting in all the blood and gore in the bed from the delivery & with all the cloths and mess still spread over the floor until almost 12h: 3 hours after my baby was born, and only after I started crying from desperation and called my Dr on my own phone to ask for help; he called the hospital and made a scene- he was appalled that I was not back in my room yet. The nurse then finally came to clean me, but was extremely rude. It was very unpleasant and humiliating, and I just asked to be treated with dignity.
