Claim overdue and no feedback

Why say the responce for Out-of-Hospital Benefit claim is 5-7 days (at first this was 3-5 days) if it is not true?

I am currently 20 weeks pregnant with a high risk pregnancy and it feels like Discovery is just not wanting to help me, today 7 February 2013 it has been 11 working days since I have sent in my Complete Claim with ALL my supporting letters, even including a motivational letter from the Surgicant explaining exactly why I am claiming for Clexane injections.

I have phoned 5 times to follow up, with Jason, Porcha, Linzy, Thando & Simisa, Thando & Simisa at least sent the Review boards e-mails asking them to contact me as you can not phone directly, but still nothing.

I am so dissapointed, my illness could turn for the worst landing me in ICU or even worse I could loose my baby (Like Helena Bester, the Singer did) if I don't keep my blood thin using these injections.

I am truly hoping Discovery still cares and hoping that my claim can be approved in time...
