The Nurses call button is constantly out of reach for the patient confined to a bed.
Nurses dishing out sedatives to patients without doctors knowledge.
No one answers the hospitals incoming telephone line at 1am, in the night. After 3 long rings a sleepy switchboard operator eventually answered claiming to be very busy with patients, hence the delay.
After getting hold of the HIGH CARE direct line, 7x calls over a 35min period went totally unanswered.
A nurse sat beside the patients bed, scrolling through his phone, when he asked after his phone, she pretended to find it under his pillow.
