In January 2016 I submitted a claim following admission to hospital. After hearing nothing back for more than a week they said they needed some outstanding statements. They never requested this until i asked. I sent them the information on the same day. It is now almost four months later. I contacted them more than 10 times the past 4 months. Every time they say i never submitted the outstanding documents and i then forward the same e-mails again. A month ago i spoke to Margaret. She confirmed everything is in order and payment will be made in 3 days. This is a month ago!!! So i phoned again today only to hear they are still waiting on outstanding documentation - the same information i submitted in January and on numerous occasions in between due to them claiming that they never received it. Bottomline - my view is that Zestlife is not going to pay this claim. They will continue finding excuses not to pay out.
