Huge problems with chronic medicine

I send a mail through to Bankmed on 1 February lodging a complaint about how our Chronic bills have been processed. My son is a Type 1 Diabetic and we must purchase about R3500 - R4000 worth of consumables with the CDE each month. We must pay cash because Bankmed does not want to join the CDE scheme and make it easier for all diabetics to obtain their medicine and consumables. Why only they will know.

Because we pay cash we must submit the invoices each month. It is now February and they have not even finalized my November claim. This leaves us with almost R8000 that has not been paid by Bankmed and with January being such a tough month leaves me way out of pocket to pay the school fees, bills etc.
The problem is that no one takes any ownership op a problem. You must phone week after week to get an update, and as soon as you get a claims statement you notice once again that the consumables were incorrectly paid.
I know that this is not the right way to complain, but I did you Bankmed an opportunity but to date no feedback from them. Maybe this will get them to assist me.
