My parents recently made used of their timeshare for a short holiday. They are both 79 and both underwent knee replacements apart from the fact that they also suffer from other health problems. They were booked in on the 8th floor. Monday (28/10) a week ago the lift stopped working. It was out of order for the whole week - till they left. According to the personell it was because of wheather, but there was also a sign up indicating routine maintenance. My parents requested to be moved to a lower apartment, but was refused because aparently there were no other available. my parents said according to them there was a lo accupancy. I' extremely unhappy because they are suffering a lot of pain because of the stairs they had to climb daily. After this episode they just want to get rid of the timeshare. I agree especially because I cannot rely on La Montagne to look after my parents's wellbeing while they're stayng there.
