I'm not interested in Discovery's excuses and shifting of blame! I stand by my statement that when authorization was requested and sent Discovery is responsible of having informed me that there is no funds available!
I would have postponed my treatment... Again I ask what use was an authorization number if Discovery knew very well that it wouldn't be covered...??
Discovery has not only wasted my time, inconvenienced me and caused me more unnecessary debt.. but made themselves look very arrogant, ignorant and incompetent.
This matter is based on principle and I will not rest until those responsible for negligence are dealt with
