Excellent Customer Service

We would like to thank Shereen Maistry for her excellent service. She always kept us updated and adheres to her promises. My mum is a member of the discovery health group because of Shereen. This year I contacted Shereen because I knew that if anyone could solve this problem, it will be her because of her great customer service and the passion for her job. She never said that she was too busy; she immediately tried to assist us. Shereen because of your dedication, efficiency and compassion my mum was able for go for the knee surgery that she required urgently. Thank you for always going the extra mile and sending her the teddy bear to keep her company when she was in hospital. May you be blessed with lots love, happiness and prosperity.
