I have spoken to a lady from the Dennis group and urgently required assistance regarding extractions I wanted to have done, 2 bottom wisdom teeth and one top wisdom tooth extraction (tooth cracked open). According to the Dentist I have seen he couldn't do the extractions required. I phoned in this morning just to hear that Medihelp cant cover as my problem wasn't caused due to a TRAUMA incident. I really would recommend anyone to choose Medihelp schemes at all as what I have on the .pdf document and what their consultants confirm are 2 different things. Rather choose the Discovery options like the rest of the people I know as their cheapest options cover even more that that of this medical aid option which I am on. Never have I skipped a payment or questioned reasons for paying you, but the time I am in dire need of your help you show me the door!!! thnx
