I submitted a claim to bonitas in May for a refund. Every email to follow up since is being ignored. Only upon calling the helpdesk do you get a reply on email. For whatever reason and in todays times of technology they cannot open different formats of documents, TIF etc.
Upon my query i was asked to resedn my documents in PDF. Followup emails are agsin ignored.
Today i called the helpdesk only to be told they now cannot open PDF
This is totally unacceptabile that i cannot get a refund for a consult
