I consulted at Dr MC Nteta's practice in Pretoria for the first time a month ago. During that visit I was required to pay lavy, since I was familiar with the request I paid and the consultation was charged on my medical aid. During the consultation I had a pap smear and was informed to fetch the results after 2 weeks. When i went to the doctor for the results, the receptionist asked me to pay R100 for the results which I was told it was for lavy again. Why should I pay lavy for the results since I already paid lavy the fist time i went.
