From the time of booking a massage and mani I was a bit apprehensive as the receptionist was not able to give directions, that is when she got round to answering the phone.
The towels were smelly and damp. The manicure was done very badly, my nails were not shaped and left with jagged edges. When I pointed this out to the therapist, she said they were round, they certainly were not!! The room was unheated and cold. The polish was applied poorly and I was forced to get dressed while the nails were not dry adequately.
I have sent 3 emails to Essenza asking for their comments, 10 days later no reply. I will certainly never go back there again.
