Was given a dirty apartment at 4Star rates. The kitchen was filthy with unwashed cutlery. Equipment were dysfunctional: Extractor not working, air conditioner drain blocked and flooding the verandah. Bedroom cupboards were kept closed with toilet paper wedges. Advertised to be in Sea Point, but is actually in Green Point next to the liquor store.
