Charged for order that was never received

I placed an order on the evening of 21/05/2024. I have special instructions to the drive to meet me at the entrance to my property around the corner from actual address.
Due to network issues, I did not receive the app messages from the driver, I received a call from Uber robo system notifying me that the driver was outside. I went outside immediately and only to notice driver driving off. I then see he posts a picture that he has delivered my food to the entrance but he DID NOT. there was nothing there at all.
This leads me to believe that the driver stole my order intentionally and did not make steps to contact me properly. I will not order or trust your drivers again and neither should anyone.
