We have sent our Bluray DVD Player into the Eastgate Sony Centre on the 16/02/2013 for faults with the player (Inv#63). Up until now (almost 2 months) we only get excuses that "they" are still waiting for parts, they haven't given us a reason regarding what was causing the faults with the BDP. This BDP is not even a year old, will be repaired under warranty, but what could take 2 MONTHS to repair it???
