Penny is a real asset to Nasua Vaal. Especially at the moblile apartment. I always choose her if I have a problem with my phone or contract, even if I have to wait awhile when she is busy. Because I know she will help me solve the problem straight away!!!
Since she is on maternity leave, the other employees at the moblile apartment isn't so helpfull... I phone twice a day to ask about my phone that went in for repair, only to hear they will phone me back. It has been 3 weeks, and still no news on my phone. If Penny was in charge of my phone repair, I would have known exactly when the phone is expected back.
