Costing me x10 more to fix the problem

Bought new sound and smart tv. Also a blingstallation voucher (supporting them). Explained to them when they arrived, how the tv cable supplies the rest of the house-inexperienced installers, that just unplugged and carried on. Got new TV up and sound-did not work perfectly, but NO signal to the rest of the house!!!
I had guests in one room and they had to come back 3 times to try and sort it out. NOW they are telling me its my aerial and the booster and maybe I did not have a signal in the first place. I will never ever use them again_I WILL tell everyone not to male use of them. I sent a few messages to ask to speak to the mamager. NOT ONE REPLY. Got my previous installer back-he's smiling, but its costing me 10times more and I think they should foot the bill!! PLEASE HELP and get the MD to contact me.
